Cold rolled base material quotations in Tangshan remained steady, with plate spot prices showing relative resilience. Inventory continued to draw down to low levels, down 12.41% week-on-week, providing downside support for prices.
Coke options were listed today on the Dalian Commodity Exchange, further improving risk management tools for the coal-coke industry chain (Source: Mysteel). Export orders have softened somewhat, but domestic demand remains steady, with market sentiment leaning toward cautious optimism. Downstream procurement is primarily based on immediate needs, with limited bulk transactions.
