General Terms
By accessing or using the Daily Steel Price (DSP) platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders & Quotations
All quotations provided are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Prices are reference values and may change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations and delivery requirements.
Products & Specifications
Product specifications follow the applicable ASTM, EN, JIS and GB/T standards. Actual dimensions and chemical composition are per mill certificates of the supplied batch.
Payment & Delivery
Payment terms and delivery schedules are agreed per contract. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics, customs and force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
All content, data and tools on this platform are the property of DSP. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Liability
DSP provides market reference data in good faith but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any information displayed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation, or otherwise submitted to the competent court of Shanghai.
